Job Descriptions
What you'll be doing 1.Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing operations 2.Monitor production processes and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards and meet production targets 3.Identify and address any issues or bottlenecks in the production workflow, implementing solutions to improve productivity 4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as quality control and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of production with other business units 5.Provide training and guidance to production personnel, fostering a positive and motivating work environment 6.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities, costs, and inventory levels 7.Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisor or similar role within a manufacturing environment
  2. Strong communication skills, both in English and Thai, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances
  4. Proficient in data analysis and the use of production management software
  5. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  6. A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
