Job Descriptions
Problem solving coordinate between Hemaraj & External Warehouse to get feedback with logically and on time. Coordinate with External Warehouse for review annual inventory count, monthly cycle count, reconciliation and define action according standard. Ensure of External Warehouse outbound operation are right time, right part, right quantity, right standard. Review, revise, create work instruction for new process at External Warehouse & ensure External Warehouse operations quality follow standard. Main support of FMEA line walk, External Warehouse weekly LPC audit and auditee for system & customer audit. Attend daily meetings with External Warehouse share summary and/or other report to team. Coordinate to all related section/department to communicate and solve daily routine issue. IT works equipment monitoring, indirect supply to support operation at External Warehouse monitoring and fulfillment stock. New project and/or other assignment from supervisor.
Qualifications
  1. Good command of English
  2. Experience in External Warehouse Management and cost analytics
  3. Continuous improvement idea
  4. Good knowledge of SAP and Material flow
  5. KANBAN loop system
  6. Negotiation and coordination skill
  7. Time management [ priority and fix on time]
  8. Problem solving skill
  9. Decision making in own task area
  10. Basic budget setup
  11. Project management
