What you’ll do: - Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training coordination, and HR documentation. - Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and support hiring processes. - Coordinate internal communications, employee activities, and policy rollouts. - Maintain and update employee records, attendance data, and HR reports. - Provide HR policy guidance and ensure labor law compliance. - Jump in and support any HR-related tasks as needed — no fixed limits, full flexibility. Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
More than 3 years of experience in HR (Multifunction).
Can manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
Understands Thai labor law and basic HR compliance.
Is detail-oriented, well-organized, and people-friendly.
Communicates well across all levels of the organization.
Able to communicate in English will be given special consideration.
Knowledge and understanding of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949.
