- Create marketing strategies and tactics by channels to align with the Brand strategy and drive sales performance. - Annual plan with sales departments and partners. - Stock management to ensure that stock will be on time, and healthy stock value at stores and warehouse. - Sync Forecast with the sales team by channels. - Sync inventory plan with sales and inventory team. - Clear product high stock value and high aging. - Review promotion performance to revise future tactic Seeking new promotion tactics to improve the plan. - Act as the key liaison between the sales team, inventory team, and brand communication team. - Maintain customer relationships for future purchases

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG or Consumer Products.
Having a cross functional experience such as in Marketing, Modern Trade or General Trade sales experience is added advantage.
Good leadership, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills.
Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skill.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
