Job Responsibility 崗位職責 1.Responsible for communicating SER information (both internally and externally); 负责社会责任相關信息的傳達與溝通（內外部）； 2.Provide management opinions related to SER for facility; 為工廠提供社會責任相關的管理意見； 3.Cooperate in responding to customer/third-party audits, internal audits, and system certifications according to irregular needs, also track the CAP(if need); 根據不定期需求，配合應對客戶/第三方稽核、內部稽核及體系認證，并追蹤問題點改善報告(如需)； 4.Maintain and update the procedures & record of SER management system;  维护與更新社会责任体系文件與記錄； 5.Cooperate with the group to execute suppliers ESG Management; 配合集團執行供應商ESG管理工作； 6.Planning and promotion of public welfare activities. ESG公益活動的策劃與推動。

Qualifications

Proficiency in Chinese and English (written and oral); 精通中文、英文的寫作與口語;
Good cross departmental communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to handle pressure; 具备良好的跨部門沟通协调能力和抗压能力；
Proficient in using office software, skilled in data analysis and organization, and able to output work-related reports; 能熟练使用办公软件，善於數據分析與整理，输出工作相关报告；
Having audit experience or customer response experience is preferred; 擁有審核經驗或客戶應對經驗優先;
Passionate about public welfare, outgoing personality, innovative ability, and experience in organizing activity is preferred. 對公益有熱枕，性格開朗，具備創新能力，擁有組織活動經驗優先
