Job Descriptions
Duties:
1.Train and support members to apply the products organic standard for export
2.Supervise Internal Inspectors and monitor their work, strengthen their capacities
3.Gather, verify and compile all data of the ICS and liaise with international certification body
4.Supervise the implementation of corrective measures
5.Provide other technical advice to cooperatives and farmers to assess and improve quality of product
6.Perform other related tasks (to be details in a job description)
7.Can drive will be give special consideration
Qualifications
- A degree in Agriculture or similar qualification
- Good communicate in English
- male Age 25-40
- Computer literate (able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet/e-mail……)
- Able to relate well to farmers/suppliers/processors
- Physical fitness (a transportation will be provided for site visits)
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision but maximum output
- Able to maintain good working relationships with staffs and committees at he society where the officer is based.
- Able to work flexible places and times
