Job DescriptionsResponsibilities:
- Provide technical support for POS systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain POS systems and related hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve system errors, software bugs, and connectivity issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and software updates to ensure system stability.
- Assist customers with training and usage guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate service reports and support documentation.
Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, IT support, or POS system maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Windows-based systems, networking, and peripheral devices.
- Experience with POS hardware/software troubleshooting is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken & written).
- Must have own car and be willing to travel for onsite support.
