At the marketplace of Makropro we are managing more than 70 seller accounts. Each account is important to our business. To smoothen our work, we are looking for a candidate to enhance the level of engagement between the platform and the seller. As well as supporting our business operations Hence, we are looking forward for a candidate to support: - Seller communication on assigned task i.e., Invite seller to join campaign, Request to add assortment through our communication channels. - Feedback collection & Logging of request - Supporting seller on enquiries related to sales - Create, import, edit product listing for the seller using Excel program - Document support to collect

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
Well communication skills in Thai on both written and verbal
Ability to do basic problem solving
Able to use basic Excel i.e., Sum function, Data logging
Open mindset with can do attitude
Keen to learn and being responsible for completing the assigned task
