Job Descriptions- Monitor and manage reasonable P&L for each store in the managed area
- Ensure all store activities comply with operational processes and quality standards for products and services.
- Collaborate with Operations Manager (OM) and Marketing Department to develop and execute sales initiatives aiming to achieve revenue targets, reduce costs, and improve business performance monthly/quarterly/annually.
- Work with the HR Department to maintain and develop stability of middle management workforce (SM, ASM, Staffs).
- Cooperate with the Accounting Department to monitor revenue and ensure timely cash deposits into the company's account. Resolve issues related to unsubmitted or delayed store revenue, as per company regulations.
- Coordinate with the C&B team to update work schedules and manage working hours on the system weekly.
- Develop NSO (New Store Opening) plans as required by the Board of Directors (ensuring timeline and quality).
- Conduct employee evaluations and training according to company timelines and competency requirements.
- Plan weekly inventory usage, place, and manage store-level forecasting.
- Perform other tasks as assigned directly by the COO.
