Job Descriptions1. Supervising and managing all Sales Engineer staff and ensure that all team members provide quality customer service.
2. Developing and implementing strategies to improve processes and service levels and reduce delivery times provided by the Sales Engineering Division.
3. Monitoring, analyzing customer feedback trends to identify & resolve frequent problems and designing procedures & documents to encourage problem solving & customer satisfaction.
4. Managing budgets & costs and ensure that they are kept at an optimum level.
5. Managing stock and inventory of spare parts including service tools.
6. Cooperating and negotiating with related Divisions, Suppliers, Customers to ensure that costs, quality and service standards are met.
7. Summarize and report progress/result of Sales Engineer operations, problems, inquiries, etc.
