Job Descriptions
Oversees the quality assurance processes within an organization, ensuring that products or services meet established standards and regulations. They manage QA teams, implement quality policies and procedures, and address quality issues to maintain compliance and customer satisfaction.
Conducts, prepares, monitor and controls product quality for new model launches in compliance with automotive industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP)
Coordinate and verify product design changes (Design & Engineering Change) and process change controls.
Manage customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments such as production and engineering to resolve quality issues.
Utilize precision measuring tools (e.g., CMM vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure product conformance.
Prepare quality-related documentation including 8D reports, Control Plans, FMEA, and inspection standards.
Qualifications
- Age : Not over 35 years old. Gender : Male/Female.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001.
- Proficient in using precision measurement tools.
- Basic English communication skills (reading/writing/speaking).
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with PPAP/APQP processes is an advantage.
