We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Dessert Assistant to support our Head Dessert Chef in product development and daily preparation. This role involves assisting with new product trials, preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, and supporting various R&D activities. Qualifications
- Thai nationality, fluent in English or Chinese
- Basic knowledge of baking or dessert-making; formal training is a plus
- Prior experience working in a bakery, café, or dessert shop preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good time management and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Passionate about sweets and willing to learn new techniques
