Responsibilities: 1. Provide analysis of monthly results to the management (explain variance vs. budget vs. month N-1 on all P/L and B/S activity analysis lines) 2. Contribute with CFO to present financial reporting to internal stakeholders and/or external stakeholders upon request 3. Provide top management with perpetual required financial reporting and KPI; weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually 4. Provide financial support, trend analysis, and key insights to the internal stakeholders 5. Must work with other departments to achieve plant objectives and requirements, make improvements and identify inefficiencies 6. Prepare Best estimate, forecast, budget and all P/L, B/S lines 7. Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions 8. Develop or implement standard management control tools 9. Validate Capex requests submitted by departments/ Support internal/external audit processes 10. Management and provide minute meeting of credit control task 11. Coordinate with government agencies and banks 12. Coach, guide, manage Financial Analyst and reporting HC - Ensure on-time delivery and overall responsibility of the financial reporting - Maintain internal rules (policies/procedures/WI), up to date in his/her area of responsibility - Follow the company procedures, work instructions, regulations and comply with environmental, health and safety requirements - Perform the tasks as requested by superior Working Date&Time : Monday-Friday / 7:30am. - 4:30pm. · Free shuttle bus to the company Location: Bangpoo Industrial Estate Benefits & Others: · Provident fund 5% - 13% · Life insurance · Company’s Medical & Dental welfare · Personal leave: 12 days · Annual medical check-up · Free fitness and sports club

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or master's degree in finance, Accounting or Business Administration
At least 8-10 years’ experience (all included)
Must have 3-4 years controlling experience in a manufacturing environment (international business environment would be an advantage)
Advanced MS Excel and MS Power BI skills · Strong knowledge of IFRS
Familiar with Sis trade (ERP system) would be an advantage
Proficient in using MS Office applications
Excellent written and oral command of the English language
