Job Descriptions
- ให้บริการลูกค้าผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ เช่น โทรศัพท์, อีเมล, แชทออนไลน์ และโซเชียลมีเดีย
- ให้ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจองบริการท่องเที่ยวบนแพลตฟอร์ม เช่น ตั๋วเครื่องบิน, โรงแรม, ทัวร์ และบริการอื่นๆ
- ช่วยเหลือลูกค้าในการแก้ไขปัญหา เช่น การยกเลิกหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงการจอง, ปัญหาการชำระเงิน หรืออื่นๆ
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในงาน Call Center / Customer Service อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับแพลตฟอร์มการท่องเที่ยว หรือระบบ GDS (เช่น Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี รักงานบริการ
- สามารถเข้างานเป็นกะได้
