-ตั้งค่าเครื่องจักรโดยป้อนคำสั่งใช้งาน, ตั้งค่า register เครื่องมือ, offsets และการชดเชย. เลือกเครื่องมือ ความเร็วในการตัด และอัตราป้อนตามวัสดุและงานที่ต้องการ

-มีความสามารถในการบำรุงรักษาเครื่อง CNC รวมถึงซ่อมแซมปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นตามปกติ และสามารถประสานงานกับโรงงานเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาของเครื่องจักรขนาดใหญ่
-ฝึกอบรมผู้ปฏิบัติงานให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานเครื่องจักรได้ ให้การสนับสนุนเพื่อให้เครื่องจักรทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
-มีความสามารถในใช้เครื่องมือวัด เช่น caliper, micrometer and 3D projector.

· Set up machines by entering instructions, setting tool registers, offsets, and compensation. Select tools, cutting speeds, and feed rates based on materials and job requirements.
· Produce machined components and cutting tools on CNC equipment. Expertise with G-code & M-code programming for CNC Lathes, grinders.
· Maintain time standards, production schedule and quality.
· Perform routine cleaning and maintenance.
· Apply safe manufacturing practice and use proper company-supplied protective equipment e.g. safety glasses and hearing protection.
· Capable to maintain the CNC machine and repair the normal problem. Coordinate with factory to fix the big machine problem.
· Train the operator to operate the machine. Provide support to make the machine running.
· Capable to use measuring tools like caliper, micrometer and 3D projector.
· Ability to interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T). Solve the dimension deviation problem.
· Improve the process to enhance the output and reduce the cost.
Work time: 8:30-17:30 Welfare Benefit: Lunch , Transportation subsidies, social security
Qualifications

- ต้องเป็นคนไทย สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ หรือ ภาษาจีน ได้ Must be Thai. Prefer simple English speaker or Chinese speaker.
