ประกาศรับสมัครเจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานนำเข้า-ส่งออก
<ลักษณะการทำงาน>
- ติดต่อกับผู้ให้บริการในต่างประเทศและขอใบเสนอราคา ดำเนินการสั่งซื้อ รวมถึงส่งหนังสือสัญญา, L/C แก่ผู้ให้บริการ
- ใช้บริการศุลกากรรวมถึงดูแลเอกสารศุลกากร
- ดูแลกระบวนการนำเข้าและส่งออกสินค้า [ประเทศไทย / ต่างประเทศ]
- จัดหาเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำเข้าและส่งออก (หนังสือสัญญา, อินวอยซ์, Packing list) และแจ้งแก่กรมศุลกากรตามกำหนดเวลาให้เหมาะสมกับกระบวนการผลิต
คุณสมบัติที่จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ:
ใช้ภาษาต่างประเทศ (อังกฤษ) ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
มีประกาศนียบัตรเกี่ยวกับการทำธุรกิจ/ค้าขาย
มีประสบการนำเข้าและส่งออกเคมีภัณฑ์
** สนับสนุนค่าเดินทางมาสัมภาษณ์
*** สนับสนุนค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ
- ค่าอาหารและค่าเดินทาง
Qualifications
- ระดับการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป (สาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์, การนำเข้าและส่งออก, พาณิชยศาสตร์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- ประสบการณ์: มีประสบการณ์ด้านนำเข้า/ส่งออกตั้งแต่ 2 ปีขึ้นไป
