Job Descriptions

- Organize meetings for the Board of Directors, sub-committees, and shareholders. - Ensure that the company and the Board comply with applicable laws, regulations, and related rules, including resolutions of the Board of Directors’ meetings and shareholders’ meetings, as well as corporate governance practices. - Coordinate with both internal and external entities, such as the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), to ensure legal and regulatory compliance and adherence to best practices. - Prepare and coordinate the preparation of the Annual Report, Sustainability Report, and other relevant reports. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director (MD), Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Board of Directors, and the shareholders’ meeting.

Qualifications

Age between 26–35 years old
At least 1 year of experience in securities regulation, coordination with the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and investor relations
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Pleasant personality, enthusiastic, and a strong team player
In-depth understanding of financial reports and data analysis methods
Good command of both English and Thai languages
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
