Job Descriptions
1. To manage all Personnel Fuctions by these follow ;
1.1 To recruit manpower in according Employee Request
1.2 To manage all employees detail amd follow the result of their probation performance evaluation
1.3 To manage salary amd other compensation in according to Company Policies
1.4 To set up and manage all the employee welfares in according to Company Policies
1.5 To manage the labour relation in according to the Company Policies and Thai Labour
1.6 To proceed the annual performance evaluation used for increasing salary amd annual
1.7 To set up and manage the training plan in according to training needs of each section
1.8 To set up and manage the Company Rules & Regulation for Working
1.9 To manage all functions of Social Security Fund.
2. To manage all Affairs by these follow ;
2.1 To contract the government officer in the related matter with the Company Operations
2.2 To manage Visa
3. Other job which is assigned by direct Manager Director
Qualifications
- 40 Years Old over
- Bacherlor Degree or Higher in Personnel or others related fields
- Atleast 5 Yearsup experience in Personnel & GA Management in Industrial Company
- Basic Requirement Of ISO 9001: 2000 , TS 16949: 2000 and Strong Lerdership ,
- Service - Mined , Compromised, Can Used Payroll System Program
- Understand in Computer with Microsoft Office
