Sales Supervisor (10253)
Location : Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate, Chonburi
Work Hours : Mon-Fri (8:30AM-5:30PM) (Saturday working 4 days/year)
Industry : Precision tool services for the manufacturing industry
Job Descriptions
- Plan and manage the sales team to meet sales targets
- Provide coaching and sales techniques to team members
- Train new sales staff and develop team skills
- Analyze sales reports, customer data, and market trends
- Build good relationships with new and existing customers
- Solve customer problems and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and other departments
- Track and evaluate team performance for continuous improvement
- Motivate and create a positive working atmosphere for the team

Qualifications

- Age 32-42 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Good English communication skills
- Minimum 5 years in management level and 7 years in sales of machinery parts, cutting tools, or industrial products
- Driver license required

- Experience working with Japanese companies
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
