General Duties and Responsibilities: - Adhere strictly to company policies, regulations, and safety standards, including environmental requirements. - Act in the best interests of the company at all times. - Efficiently manage and utilize resources necessary for work processes. Production Department: - Plan, organize, and coordinate the production team, including machinery and personnel, in accordance with the production schedule. - Monitor and control the use of machinery, workforce, and raw materials to ensure continuous production with optimal efficiency. - Provide guidance and technical support to employees at all levels. - Oversee resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize waste. - Manage and supervise projects to ensure timely achievement of production goals. - Foster the development and upskilling of production staff to enhance knowledge and operational capabilities. Warehouse Department: - Establish clear objectives for the warehouse and logistics operations, measure progress, and ensure targets are met. - Provide recommendations and implement improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics functions, including warehousing and transportation. - Encourage professional development and training within the warehouse team. - Research and adopt new technologies to enhance operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with quality and environmental procedures, following documented instructions and guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Logistics, or related fields.
Minimum 7 years of experience in the chemical or petrochemical industry.
At least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Proficient knowledge of DCS (Distributed Control System) and SCADA systems.
Strong skills in product and process control, production planning, leadership, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and supply chain & logistics management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and capable of reading AutoCAD drawings.
Familiarity with quality management systems and human resource management.
Ability to think systematically, solve problems, and analyze complex issues effectively.
