Job Summary: The Lab Chemical Specialist is responsible for performing advanced chemical testing using high-precision instruments such as GC-MSMS, GC-ECD, Ion Chromatography, NIR, and Spectrophotometer. This role ensures accurate, reliable, and timely test results, supports method validation, maintains equipment readiness, and upholds laboratory safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1.Perform chemical analyses using advanced instruments (e.g., GC-MSMS, Ion Chromatography, NIR, Spectrophotometer). 2.Interpret and report test results with accuracy and timeliness. 3.Ensure quality control of testing processes and compliance with laboratory standards. 4.Prepare and update test methods and related work instructions to ensure alignment with current standards and references. 5.Conduct method validation and verification when new methods are introduced, or existing methods are modified. 6.Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to ensure operational readiness. 7.Follow safety protocols and ensure proper use of laboratory resources and chemicals. 8.Collaborate with QA, R&D, and production teams to support product quality and compliance. 9.Document test procedures, results, and equipment maintenance logs accurately. 10.Participate in internal and external audits as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Experience in operating advanced chemical instruments is preferred.
Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and laboratory quality systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Good Computer skill (Microsoft office -Excel , power point ,word)
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
