Production Planning: - Develop efficient production schedules based on customer orders, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely delivery. Order Management: - Track the entire production workflow, proactively address issues, and provide timely updates to customers regarding order status. Cross-Functional Coordination: - Work closely with production, procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely execution. Data Analysis & Reporting: - Collect and evaluate production data to assess capacity, efficiency, and lead times. Continuously refine planning strategies to improve productivity. Quality Oversight: - Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve any quality-related concerns. Inventory Control: - Maintain accurate oversight of material inventory to ensure sufficient stock for ongoing production while preventing overstock and waste.

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience in production planning and order tracking is required. Background in hardware stamping or manufacturing is an advantage.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data processing and reporting.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to communicate effectively. Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure.
