หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ : - ประสานงานและติดต่อกับซัพพลายเออร์และผู้รับเหมา - เข้าใจและจัดทำ BOQ (รายการปริมาณงาน) ซึ่งครอบคลุมต้นทุนงบประมาณ และวัสดุที่ใช้ในการก่อสร้าง - เปรียบเทียบราคา วิเคราะห์ต้นทุนงานก่อสร้าง และประมาณการค่าใช้จ่าย - ทำหน้าที่เป็นที่ปรึกษาด้านการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและต้นทุนการก่อสร้าง - ดูแลและควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานก่อสร้าง งานตกแต่งภายใน และงานโครงการ (ควบคุมงบประมาณและต้นทุน) - เจรจาต่อรองและปรับราคาตามปริมาณงานให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานที่กำหนด - ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ปฏิบัติงาน : สำนักงาน ถนนประดิษฐ์มนูธรรม (วันจันทร์-ศุกร์ 09.00 - 18.00 น.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture, Civil/Construction Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines.
At least 10 years of experience as QS Engineer involving cost estimates, or other experience that is related to this job.
Have Engineering license is advantage.
Acknowledge and understanding for Safety knowledge and practices.
Good command of English & good PC skills (Microsoft Office) & AutoCAD.
Good communication and negotiation skills
Positive attitude towards resolving problem.
Resourceful and ability to work in a dynamic team
