Job Descriptions
Assist the administrative service work of the whole production department.
1. Assist in various production-related support tasks, including application and distribution of labor protection supplies for employees.
2. Collect and summarize working hours of each production team and submit reports regularly to relevant personnel.
3. Handle attendance tracking for departmental staff, including shift transfers, overtime statistics, and employee timecard verification.
4. Compile and enter reports related to equipment utilization rates of each production group.
5. Perform scrap material statistics and analysis within the production department.
6. Responsible for application, distribution, and usage registration of non-production materials.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, including weekly meetings, weekly/monthly summaries, etc.
8. Manage receipt, issuance, and replacement of all documents related to the production line.
9. Maintain and organize departmental files and archives.
10. Responsible for printing and controlled distribution of labels used in the department.
11. Responsible for office stationery subscription, extend and management
12. Assist in the arrangement of each employee activities.
13. Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school or above without majoring limited.
- Basic skills in document handling and problem-solving.
- Good communication, coordination, and execution abilities.
- Strong team spirit and sense of responsibility.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
