Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and Japanese interpretation preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Skill in Microsoft Office and SAP systems.
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1-N2 or above preferred) and English.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Location
•Plan and manage procurement activities for all types of raw materials in line with company needs.•Establish KPIs for subordinates based on assigned responsibilities and product categories.•Guide and supervise the purchasing team to source suppliers and manufacturers both domestically and internationally.•Evaluate and compare quotations to ensure alignment with technical specifications and requirements at competitive pricing.•Review and utilize tax benefits in cases involving international purchases.•Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal conditions.•Ensure all procurement processes adhere to company standards, with high accuracy and efficiency.•Coordinate with relevant departments to continuously assess the performance of suppliers and manufacturers.•Ensure timely and quality delivery of goods in accordance with procurement plans.•Provide Japanese interpretation support during meetings, such as new model meetings, production damage meetings, quality improvement meetings, and Japanese supplier meetings.
