Conduct & Responsible for planning, managing, and controlling marketing projects to achieve targets, budgets, and timelines, working with the marketing team and stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly. - Working alongside the marketing director to create the company’s marketing strategy. - Creating a content calendar for the company’s blog and social media accounts. - Managing the production of YouTube commercials Building and maintaining external vendor relationships. - Creating project timelines and budgets. - Liaising with graphic designers to create print and digital advertising. -Commissioning freelancers to create blog or eBook content.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in marketing, communication, business, management, or closely related fields.
Age 35 year old up.
Experience in Marketing Project Manager or Management at lees than 5 years.
Good Knowledge of Marketing Trends and Tools in a property business.
Good in Strategic Thinking, Team Leadership and Management.
Good skills English language in speak, write and listening.
Good Mindset and have a Positive Thinking in work.
