Business: Automotive (Subaru) Location: Serithai Office, Headquarter Aftersales Executive (District/Aftersales Area/Aftersales Service) We are looking for an experienced Automotive Aftersales join our team to provide business coaching over dealers to achieve Aftersales KPI Duties & Responsibilities: •To manage Thai Dealer to focus on achieving Aftersales business KPIs (Intake & Revenue & Sales & Service & Parts) •To prepare and steer the Aftersales business planning to increase the Parts/Accessories sell and operational efficiency •Give consultation to dealers on the outcome and communicate with dealership performance, aftersales issues and concerns, discuss on action plans. •Guide dealers on promotion and seasonal campaigns to increase customer retention and dealer's profitability. •Conduct warranty audit facility inspection parts inventory on monthly basis. •Submit report to Regional Aftersales etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or higher in Engineer, Business or related filed.
Have experience in automotive aftersales service, dealer service operations or related more than 3-5 years is advantage.
Have experience or knowledge about technical and/or non-technical support service.
Good communication, interpersonal, presentation and customer handling skill.
Result-oriented and dynamic person.
Process a driving license and able to travel up-country.
