•Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and employee relations
•Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hotel policies
•Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

•Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions professionally

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office , Human OS
