Job Descriptions•Supervise all front office operations, including reception, reservations, concierge, and guest relations
•Ensure smooth check-in/check-out process and excellent customer service
•Manage staffing schedules, training, and team performance
•Resolve guest complaints and provide personalized service
•Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments for room readiness
•Monitor billing, cashiering, and front desk reports
•Have knowledge of brand standards
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role in a luxury hotel
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Knowledge of PMS systems (e.g., cloud-base)
- Leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage)
