Job Descriptions
•Oversee the cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
•Train and supervise housekeeping team members
•Ensure rooms meet brand standards and are ready on time
•Maintain housekeeping inventory and supplies
•Coordinate closely with the Front Office regarding room status
•Monitor laundry operations and linen control
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Housekeeping Management
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a 4–5-star hotel
- Eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Good communication and team management skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and peak check-in/check-out periods
- Working knowledge of housekeeping software is a plus
