Job Descriptions
- Source and purchase raw materials, parts, and supplies based on production needs.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve cost savings and value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular evaluations.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize excess or obsolete stock.
- Support production planning by aligning purchasing schedules with manufacturing timelines.
- Prepare cost analysis and procurement reports for management review.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier communications.
- Support internal and external audits as needed.
Qualifications
- Male / Female, age 35 and above.
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain is a plus.
