Job Descriptions
- Plan and control production processes to ensure maximum efficiency
- Analyze and improve production processes to reduce waste and increase productivity
- Troubleshoot problems in the production line to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare engineering documents such as Work Instructions (WI), Process Flows, and Control Plans
- Coordinate with other departments such as Maintenance, Quality Control, and Warehouse
- Support new product development and production trials
- Monitor and follow up on production performance to meet company targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing engineering
- Strong knowledge in process improvement and production analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Hardworking, proactive, and eager to learn new things
- Good command of English or Chinese is an advantage
