Key Objective of the Role: Provide on-site technical support and failure analysis for joint venture customers in India to ensure effective resolution of after-sales issues. Act as a communication bridge between the Shanghai factory and the Indian joint venture to facilitate continuous product improvement. Core Responsibilities: 1. On-site Technical Support - Respond quickly to after-sales issues from Indian customers; effectively communicate with the Chinese team; participate in failure diagnostics, root cause analysis, and solution proposals - Confirm quality issues on site and report accurately to the Chinese team to minimize downtime 2. Cross-regional Coordination - Submit structured issue reports to the Chinese team (including data, images, and recommendations) - Coordinate Indian factory resources to implement interim containment actions (e.g., rework, replacement)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering preferred)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in after-sales technical support for automotive parts (experience in NEV systems such as battery, motor, or inverter is a plus)
Proven success in independently handling on-site issues with international clients
Languages: Fluent in English (must be able to attend English interviews)
Basic Chinese communication skills (able to join meetings with Chinese team – a plus)
Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as CANoe, INCA, multimeter, and oscilloscope
Able to read electrical and mechanical drawings; strong hands-on ability
