Job Descriptions
•Lead the engineering team in maintaining the hotel’s electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems
•Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
•Respond quickly to emergency situations like power outages or system failures
•Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
•Control maintenance budgets and energy efficiency initiatives
•Coordinate with contractors and external service providers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering or maintenance in a hotel or resort
- Solid understanding of building systems and maintenance procedures
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and project management skills
- Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations
- Computer literacy, especially in maintenance management systems
