Job Descriptions
•Oversee all F&B operations including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banquets
•Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction
•Manage food and beverage costs, budgeting, and inventory
•Work with the Executive Chef to plan menus and special events
•Train and supervise F&B staff and ensure service standards
•Implement promotions and sales strategies to boost revenue
Qualifications
- Degree in Hotel or F&B Management
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership F&B role in a 4–5-star property
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine service
- Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills
- Ability to analyze financial reports and control costs
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
