Job Descriptions

1.Food Safety & Hygiene •Implement, maintain, and improve the food safety management system in line with company brand standards. •Conduct monthly food safety audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. •Provide training and coaching to food handling staff on hygiene and safety practices. •Prepare documentation and support readiness for external inspections or certifications. •Provide support to any departments that consistently perform below standard. 2.Health & Safety •Assist in establishing and monitoring health and safety policies and procedures across departments. •Support risk assessments, incident reporting, and corrective action follow-up. •Work collaboratively with HR and departmental heads to promote a safe and healthy work environment. 3.Quality Control – Clubhouse Upkeep & Maintenance •Conduct frequent quality audits of clubhouse facilities focusing on cleanliness and general upkeep. •Develop and implement an official monthly audit system with a scoring mechanism. •Share audit results with relevant departments and follow up on corrective actions. •Track trends and support use of audit scores in departmental KPIs and continuous improvement plans. 4.Reporting & Documentation •Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of audits, training, and incident reports. •Generate monthly summary reports and present findings to management. •Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in food science, Hospitality Management, Public Health, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or health & safety roles, preferably in hospitality or F&B operations.
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Safety or ISO 45001:2018.
Familiarity with workplace health and safety practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with audit tools or digital forms is a plus.
Good communication skills in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
Able to work independently and coordinate across multiple departments.
