Job Descriptions
1、Responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and delivery of the Thailand factory's operations.
2.、Responsible for tracking, controlling, analyzing, and improving the overall production progress.
3、Fully responsible for safety production, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, on-site 6S management, inventory management, financial auditing, quality management, third-party audits, and process improvement.
4、Fully responsible for the overall management of large projects and key customer orders, actively responding to and handling exceptions and special events, and managing inventory and materials control.
5、Actively organize the team to complete various activities and objectives assigned by the company and platform departments.
Qualifications
- Over 8 years of production management experience in the manufacturing industry, including more than 5 years in middle to senior management roles.
- Received training in advanced project management, product knowledge management, advanced quality management, advanced warehouse management, etc. Familiar with Thai and international safety production laws and regulations, with a deep understanding of company-level warehouse and logistics management
- Proficient in using advanced office software such as SAP, IMS, Office, and possess strong data analysis and report writing abilities.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, stress resistance, coordination skills, and team management abilities. Capable of leading and motivating a team to achieve goals.
- Strategic planning abilities, capable of formulating and executing plans for the long-term development of the factory.
- Proficient in both Chinese and Thai communication.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Below 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
