Job Descriptions
1.Responsible for overall BOI jobs and process all BOI documents to ensure that the process will meet BOI 's requirement and the company can get privilege 2.Prepare document for requesting BOI privilege of the company and edit Promotion Certificate of BOI 3.Coordinate with BOI office for any BOI privilege issue of the company 4.Requesting for approval Raw Material Stock (RMTS / Formular approval / Cut off stock 5.Responsible for adding more material / Formula / Max Stock at IC 6.Coordinate with both internal and external parties related to BOI jobs and prepare document for customs clearance. Req Export 1.Prepare shipping documents (Invoice & Packing List) 2.Coordinate with Chinese Sales Team for sending shipping documents to confirm accuracy and inform team after sending email 3.Coordinate with freight forwarder or shipping company for booking area to put our product by sea or air and make appointment for picking the products 4.Planning and coordinate with concerning department such as Warehouse Department specified in exported Invoice and ensure that they we can ship on time 5.Check draft of Export Entry, Airway bill (AWB) & Bill Of Lading, then confirm shipping document 6.Prepare document such as shipping Invoice, packing list, C/O etc., to send to customers 7.Collect the bill of expense for shipping and prepare documents for service payment for Import 8.Freight Forwarder or shipping and give documents to accountant 9.Coordinate with Chinese team to get Import 10.Shipment and check accuracy of Shipping Documents & confirm back to Chinese team 11.Coordinate with Shipping company for product/ material receive 12.Check Draft of import entry make sure it is consistent with Shipping Invoice 13.Monitor Material release from BOI privilege material on RMTS system with IC Club (IC) 14.Request the License for importing material based on Standard of Thai Industrial Standard Institute (TISI) via TISI NSW system 15.Plan and contact with Warehouse to receive product/materialr
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor ‘s Degree in related field.
  2. Good personality and good relationship with another person.
  3. High responsibility and working as team efficiency.
  4. Strong skill of analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skill.
  5. Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
  6. Have Experience in BOI and Import/export at least 1 years.
  7. Have good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) will be advantaged
  8. Below 40 years old
  9. Thai nationality preferred
  10. Bachelor's degree or above
  11. nternational Business, Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or related fields
