Job Descriptions
1、Track and communicate the review process for each stage of new product projects, verify process-related issues, design and verify relevant equipment and tooling, participate in development stage review meetings, and prepare assembly work instructions, PFMEA, process flow diagrams, packaging specifications, and BOM import based on the development stage. 2、Responsible for preparing assembly and equipment operation process documents for the company. 3、Design assembly process specifications and set labor time standards. 4、Analyze new product processes, solve process issues during trial production, and improve trial production reports and related process documentation. 5、Solve technical problems related to assembly, drive and implement on-site quality improvements and efficiency enhancements.
Qualifications
  1. Over 3 years of experience in process-related work in the automotive manufacturing industry.
  2. Familiar with the ISO 16949 quality system processes; possess knowledge of APQP, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, and PPAP.
  3. Understand the electromechanical structure of equipment and able to troubleshoot basic equipment failures.
  4. Proficient in design software such as CAD, Solidworks, and skilled in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software.
  5. Prepare product process flow diagrams, PFMEA, SOP, equipment operation manuals, packaging, and other technical documents.
  6. Experience with PLM or SAP systems is preferred. Ability to design tooling is a plus.
  7. Strong initiative, sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, communication skills, stress resistance, learning ability, and teamwork awareness.
  8. Strong proficiency in Chinese.
  9. Below 40 years old
  10. Thai nationality preferred
  11. Bachelor's degree or above
  12. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
