Job Descriptions
1.สรรหาพนักงานให้ตรงตามความต้องการ
2.จัดทำ JD,Org.Chart
3.ทำเอกสารการจ้างงานของพนักงาน
4.บันทึกข้อมูลพนักงานงานในระบบบริษัท
5.คัดกรองประวัติ และเข้าร่วมสัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัคร
6.จัดทำ Job posting ลงบนแพลตฟอร์มที่เกี่ยวข้อง
7.จัดทำรายงานสรุปทุก รายสัปดาห์/รายเดือน
Qualifications
- เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การการสรรหาอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- มีทักษะการติดต่อประสานงาน การเจรจาต่อรอง และมีการสื่อสารที่ดี
- สามารถใช้ Google Workplace Ms.Office
- สามารถทำ Job posting ได้
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
