Job DescriptionsJob Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Finance Admin to support our HR and Finance teams. The role will handle essential HR documentation, communication with consultants, general administrative tasks, and manage accounts receivables to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Prepare, organize, and maintain HR documents and employee records.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Coordinate and communicate with consultants and external partners as required.
Support HR-related administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document control.
Assist in scheduling interviews, meetings, and other HR activities.
Finance:
Manage and monitor accounts receivables to ensure timely collections.
Coordinate with clients for outstanding payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
Prepare basic finance reports related to receivables.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Assist the Finance team with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration and/or basic finance tasks is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional, positive attitude and a team player.
