Job Descriptions-Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including document preparation, record-keeping and timely responses to sales inquiries.
-Handle official government document authorilies.
-Coordinating with customers and working with related parties internally and externally.
-Manage, track and follow up on sales orders to ensure timely delivery.
-Preparing and reviewing export documents.
-Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management to support smooth sales operations.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales coordination, sales support, or administrative roles.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good communication and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Good understanding of sales processes and documentation.
- Knowledge of export procedures and related documentation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Service-minded, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
