Job Descriptions
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Support cost and budget data analysis to assist in financial planning and decision-making
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget, including variance analysis between actual spending and budgeted amounts
Help prepare accurate and timely financial and cost reports
Review and verify accounting data related to invoices, expenses, and general ledger entries
Coordinate with accounting, finance, and other departments to support effective cost and budget operations
Contribute to process improvements for budgeting and cost analysis to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Learn and perform tasks under the guidance of senior team members and supervisors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain , Logistic , Engineer or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a related role
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
- Good communication skills in Thai and basic English
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills
