Job Descriptions

Duties & Responsibilities: •Monitor and control quality inspection processes for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to meet defined standards. •Prepare and review quality-related documents such as COA, reports, work instructions, checklists, etc., ensuring accuracy and updates. •Investigate and analyze quality issues both internally and from customer complaints; implement corrective and preventive actions. •Coordinate with the production team to improve processes and ensure product quality meets standards. •Supervise the QA/QC team, ensuring tasks are performed according to the plan and procedures are correctly followed. •Prepare quality inspection reports and summarize findings for management review. •Maintain the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, or other applicable standards. •Analyze quality data and trends to propose improvements and development plans. •Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards and proper inspection methods. •Participate in internal audits and ensure readiness for external audits. •Other tasks assigned by Management. Qualifications

Age 25-35 years
Any Gender
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Industrial Engineering).
At least 3 years experience as QA/QC in the Chemical/Materials manufacturing or packaging industry.
At least 1 year of management experience that have sub-ordinates under control.
Strong knowledge in ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP.
Conversational daily - middle level of English. (For documentation)
Able to use MS Office.
Have experience in plastic packaging production processes such as Injection, Blow, and Thermoforming is an advantage.
Able to operate quality measurement tools such as Vernier Caliper, Thickness Gauge, and Impact Tester is an advantage.
