Job Descriptions
1. Lead, Supervise, guide and junior finance team members.
2. Coordinate with various departments to gather financial data, ensure accuracy, and facilitate timely reporting.
3. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, management and analysis reports to support management decision-making.
4. Tax related process review and submit, include PP30, 36, PND3, 53, 54, 50, 51, CPD licence is necessary.
5. Support the finance manager in annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
7. Support external audits, tax filings, and other financial compliance activities.
Qualifications
- Female
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Have experience in accounting more than 5 year
- Have knowledge of ready-made ERP accounting programs.
- Have knowledge of PP30,36 ,PND1 ,3 ,50 ,51 ,53 ,54 ,90/91 etc.
- Have CPD certificate
- Have professional knowledge of basic computer programs such as Word/Excel.
- Be diligent, patient and responsible for own duties
- Can be works 6 days a week
- Age 30 - 40 years
- TOEIC score above 550 are preferable
- Fluence in Chinese are preferable
