•Lead and manage HVAC module development projects, ensuring alignment with project plans and timelines •Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and module specifications. •Coordinate cross-functional teams, including suppliers and external partners, to ensure project success. •Assess project risks and create mitigation strategies to handle potential challenges. •Monitor and control project budgets and report status updates to senior management. •Promote process improvement, operational efficiency, and a collaborative team culture. •Contribute to the growth and development of engineering team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering in any fields
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project or product development
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement, including at the executive level.
Familiarity with quality standards and performance testing for HVAC modules.
Experience with modular design methodology optimizes Design-to-Cost between raw materials and manufacturing processes.
Deep knowledge of the HVAC industry.
Strong knowledge of Design for Manufacturing and quality analysis tools such as FMEA or DRBFM.
Solid understanding of HVAC Unit design and basic Chassis structure
Excellent project leadership and team coordination skills.
Good command in English
