ทีโอเอ เปิดรับนักศึกษาฝึกงาน ภายใต้สายงานทรัพยากรบุคคล
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบงานของฝ่าย Learning & Development
1.บันทึกประวัติฝึกอบรมของพนักงาน เข้าระบบ HR Cloud
2.จัดเตรียมข้อมูล และยื่นรับรองหลักสูตร (ตามกฎหมาย)
3.รวบรวมเอกสารตรวจสอบความถูกต้องสำหรับตั้งเบิกค่าใช้จ่ายการอบรม
4.จัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวกับการฝึกอบรม เช่น โปสเตอร์, คลิปวิดีโอ
5.สรุปรายงานการเข้าอบรม ให้ฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- วุฒิปวส. หรือปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ, สาขาการบริหารทรัพยากร
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS.Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) ได้คล่อง
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Canva ได้
- สามารถออกแบบทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ และตัดต่อ VDO ได้
- (มีเบี้ยเลี้ยงนักศึกษาฝึกงาน)
