Job Descriptions
Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Coordinator located at our head office in Bangkok, Thailand. The Design Coordinator will act as the main liaison between clients and internal design teams, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating meetings with clients at various locations (including our office, clients' offices, and project sites), and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders. The role involves regular site visits, reviewing and coordinating architectural and interior design submissions, and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
  2. Proficiency in design management and architectural principles
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Thai and English
  4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment
  6. Familiarity with architectural submittals and design documentation
  7. Owns a personal car and can drive to external meetings and site visits
  8. Experience in project management is preferred but not mandatory
  9. Previous experience in the architecture or interior design industry is advantageous
  10. Proficiency with architecture and interior design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, BIM) is considered an asset
