Job Descriptions- Set production plans, set production targets (quality, cost, delivery), estimate production volumes, plan raw materials and production resources, allocate manpower, and plan machine usage.
- Control production process to be in accordance with plan, check and improve the production process, solve problems that occur during production, control production costs, storage space in warehouse and 5S storage space.
-Coordinate with relevant departments, such as purchasing, to resolve supplier delivery issues.
- Manage the production planning team, analyze and solve problems, develop production planning systems, and summarize work results to report to the executives.
- Train new employees, monitor and evaluate production, evaluate and improve employee performance, and evaluate and improve production processes.
- Ensure that storage of goods is in compliance with regulations, inspect high-value goods, prevent damage.
- Supervise employees to comply with safety procedures.
