Job Descriptions

• Coordinate with domestic and international clients regarding orders, sample deliveries, and production updates • Receive and verify customer purchase orders before forwarding to the production team • Provide basic product information, specifications, and usage guidelines to customers • Follow up on production and delivery status and keep customers informed • Handle customer complaints or concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for solutions • Prepare relevant documents such as purchase orders, quotations, and customer reports • Maintain and update customer database regularly

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Professional appearance, flexible, and customer service-oriented
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong time management, teamwork, and communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure
Thai nationality
